Aasim Baksh awarded the CSEC Top Prize for The Best Short Story |
On October 19, 2017 the news broke that Aasim Baksh, a Form 5 Business student has been awarded the Top Prize for The Best Short Story at the CSEC 2017 Regional Award. Aasim is the second Guyanese student to have ever won this award. Guyana students also dominated the CAPE 2017 Regional Awards. |
4 Future Saints Teachers receive Scholarship Awards to attend UG |
In November, 2016 four graduates of Saints received scholarship awards to allow them to pursue studies at the University of Guyana, then return to teach at Saints. The award ceremony was held at the School. |

On MAY 15, 2012 the Stabroek News reported that Glinton Hanover was selected from a group of fifteen applicants for a Scholarship to pursue the Internationale Baccalaureate program at Lester B. Pearson College, Victoria, B.C. The press release noted that Glinton was chosen for his outstanding academic performance in his CXC and CSEC (completed as a student at Saint Stanislaus College). Glinton was Pearson’s first student from Guyana.t |
